When compared to the performance of the same period last year, Sentul City actually recorded a net loss of Rp. 117 billion in 2015. That is, there is a 200% increase in the company’s significant net profit.
The increase in financial performance is due to a revenue growth of 20% from sales of block sales of Rp. 132 billion, among others also in connection with the cooperation with PT. Housing Development (Persero) Tbk. For Verdura Apartment project development, which is expected to be launched in early December 2016.
